How long will it take to get my orders?
Due to the influx of orders from our ongoing sale, there will be a slight delay in dispatch. Rest assured, all orders will be shipped within a 24-48 hour timeframe. Depending on your geographic location, the delivery may take approximately 4-10 business days.
Additionally, we offer a premium international insured delivery option at a modest charge of £2,95 which we highly recommend for prioritized service and faster shipping.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

You can return unworn, unused items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of receiving your order. Items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be accepted.

To start a return, contact our customer care team with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. We’ll provide you with step‑by‑step instructions. For exchanges, let us know which size or item you’d prefer so we can check availability.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and approved, we aim to process refunds within 3-7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds visible in your account.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect – what should I do?
