🔄 Return & Refund Policy
At Elyséa London, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. To keep things fair and efficient for everyone, our return and refund policy applies only to specific cases outlined below.
✅ When Can I Request a Return or Refund?
You may request a return or refund if:
You received the wrong item, size, or color
The item is defective or damaged (e.g. faulty zipper, missing parts, visible flaws)
Your order is missing one or more items
The physical measurements differ by more than 3 cm from the stated size chart
Your package has been lost in transit or not delivered after the estimated delivery window has passed
📸 In all cases, clear photos of the item and packaging are required to support your request.
❌ When Are Returns or Refunds Not Accepted?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
You ordered the wrong size or it doesn’t fit as expected
You changed your mind after receiving the item
You’re unhappy with the style, color, or material (not due to a defect)
Minor sizing differences within a reasonable range
The package shows as “delivered” by the courier, but you claim not to have received it
We recommend carefully checking all product details and sizing information before placing your order.
📦 Return Process
To request a return or refund, email us at support@elysea-london.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos showing the issue
A short explanation of the problem
Our team will review your request and, if it meets our policy, provide instructions for the next steps.
🚚 Return Shipping
If your return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
If you received a wrong or damaged item, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund or replace items that are lost or damaged during the return.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
❌Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover fulfillment, handling, and transaction costs already incurred.

Please note that once an order has been fully processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
